In the place with the first crafts on Emba, industry began to develop in our city. Russian entrepreneurs Lebedev 1892 then Leman 1898 began exploration and drilling. But truly massive oil production began with the participation of foreign companies in 1911. The work of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers became the key to a successful life today. .
